Kenn Road Methodist Church
It was in February 1949 that the Kenn Road Methodist Hall was officially opened on land donated by Edmund Shopland. The original structure was two disused nissen huts.
Of its original twelve members ten came from Linden Road with two others transferring from another denomination.
The people of Clevedon continued to worship in these buildings whilst the town grew up around them.
The present church building was opened in October 1990 which replaced one of the nissen huts. Then in November 1999 the remaining hut was replaced by a new building giving wonderful facilities with a hall, meeting room and superbly equipped kitchen.
